Acts Made Actual by Don DeWelt
(Biografía de la iglesia primitiva)

When Don DeWelt taught the book of Acts of the Apostles to his students at the Bible college that is now Ozark Christian College, he couldn’t find a text that combined the elements that he thought were important for the student. This book is the one he wrote in English to use as his text.

Note some of the characteristics of this book:

  1. You can check the knowledge and understanding you have gained of the text answering the questions that are at the end of the different sections.
  2. The entire book of Acts is presented in outline form. You can see this by checking the Table of Contents found in the first pages of this book.
  3. Included in this book are 8 exams.
  4. At the end of this book you will find a special study on the Holy Spirit.
  5. You can more easily visualize each person, place and event in the book of Acts by consulting the 10 maps that appear consecutively in this book.
  6. Most of the important places in the book of Acts are shown in precise drawings.
  7. This attractive hard-back volume will be a great study tool for a Spanish-speaking church leader you might know.

This book was written to be practical. For students studying the Bible for the first time, they will find genuine help in understanding the general outline of the book and a verse-by-verse commentary on the content.

For students who have studied the Bible more, the outline will help them see its content better. It includes lots of information on subjects that are not frequently discussed.

We trust and pray that this commentary will be a great help in seeing and understanding the history of the early church.
