About the Author...

Rusty George is the Lead Pastor of Real Life Church (RLC) in Valencia, California. He and his wife Lorrie, along with their two daughters Lindsey and Sidney, have been at RLC since 2003. Since the beginning, RLC has met in a movie theater, a high school, and will soon be completing their first building. But the best thing they ever did was to meet in homes. Over 80% of RLC is active in a Life Group and committed to living "real life" in community with each other. Rusty is also coauthor of Herding Cats: Teaching and Leading in a Postmodern World
