Author Barry Cameron has been the Senior Pastor of Crossroads Christian Church (formerly Arlington Christian Church) since 1992, witnessing growth from under 200 to more than 2700 in morning worship attendance.

In the summer of 2004, Crossroads relocated to a beautiful 145-acre campus which includes a 3,100-seat auditorium, 500-seat banquet hall, 365-seat chapel, three additional themed auditoriums for children and youth, a 150-foot long train display with 6 functioning model trains behind glass, two huge water fountains, and a two-story bookstore. Future phases will include a sports complex and at least two parking garages. The current ministry campus is valued at over 25 million dollars.
