What is your return policy?
You can return any item from College Press provided that item is still in sellable condition. No advance authorization is needed-just mail the item(s) back to College Press and we’ll credit your account. Refunds are available upon request to accounts with credit balances. If you can, please return your packing slip or invoice along with your shipment. Customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs incurred to return the product to College Press. Customers are responsible for the product until the package is signed for by College Press.
