Returns Policies

What is your return policy on books?
You can return any item from College Press provided that item is still in sellable condition. No advance authorization is needed-just mail the item(s) back to College Press and we’ll credit your account. Refunds are available upon request to accounts with credit balances. If you can, please return your packing slip or invoice along with your shipment. Customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs incurred to return the product to College Press. Customers are responsible for the product until the package is signed for by College Press.

What is your return policy on Curriculum?
Unused curriculum must be returned during the 1st month of the quarter. For example: if the curriculum was dated "Summer Quarter or June, July, and August" your return must reach us by the end of June. No credit is allowed after the 1st month of each quarter. Please provide a copy of the original invoice.
