Dave Bland
Dave Bland is professor of preaching at Harding School of Theology in Memphis, Tennessee where he has taught for eighteen years and directs the Doctor of Ministry program. He has written a commentary on Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Solomon, in the College Press NIV Commentary Series (2002). Dave complements his teaching activity with preaching responsibilities at the Church of Christ at White Station in Memphis where he has served as one of the preaching ministers for the past fifteen years. Dave and his wife, Nancy, have been married for 35 years. They have three son who are all married and three grandchildren.

Dave Erickson
Dave Erickson was born in Mason City, Iowa, but was raised in Erie, Illinois. He is the son of ministry parents. He and wife, Paula, have been married 32 years. They have two married sons, (two granddaughters and another expected to arrive in November), and two daughters both in college.
Since 1993, Dave has served as Senior Minister of the First Christian Church in Council Bluffs, Iowa. FCC is a church of just over 1100 in Sunday morning attendance and is led by a team of ten pastors. For several years Dave also volunteered as a police chaplain in communities he has served.
Dave’s preaching is featured each morning on radio Sonrise, a Salem Communications Omaha Affiliate. Several thousand each month access his preaching via the web. He also currently teaches ‘Advanced Biblical Preaching’, and ‘Planned Preaching’ as an adjunct professor at Nebraska Christian College, Papillion, Nebraska.

Dr. David Fleer
David's teaching focus is homiletics. Under his direction, Lipscomb University hosts the annual Conference on Preaching. For the past few years Fleer has served as advisory board chair for the Christian Scholars' Conference, which is currently hosted at Lipscomb University. From 1995 to 2007, Fleer was Professor of Religion and Communication at Rochester College, named Teacher of the Year (1996-1997) and Most Influential Professor (2003-2004) by his peers and students. He preaches and teaches in congregations in Michigan and Tennessee and across the country. During the last calendar year he preached for churches in 30 different communities and he regularly presents at conferences, seminars, and lectureships in the Churches of Christ. Fleer earned his B.A. in Education from Washington State University (1976), and M.Div. from ACU (1981), the D.Min. from Fuller Seminary (1987), an M.S. in Communication from Portland State University (1991), and the Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Washington (1995). David and Mae have been married for over 30 years and have three sons, Josh, Luke, and Nate. They are the proud grandparents of Levi David.

Mike Baker
Mike Baker is Sr. Pastor at Eastview Christian Church in Normal, Illinois where he preaches almost weekly. He has been married to his wife Sara for 26 years and they have two boys, Michael 22 and Caleb 19. Mike graduated from Johnson Bible College in 1987 with a degree in preaching. He is the author of How Teens Do Church, Counsel Fit For a King, and Freedom in Christ. Mike loves preaching, writing, running, sports in general, and hanging out with friends.

Steve Siemens
Steve Siemens, "Mr. People Builder" as he is known throughout the country, will take you on a journey you won’t want to have missed. Steve gives back to his community. He just finished serving as the International President for Kiwanis International. His leadership led this organization to the highest growth they have seen in 15 years. He has been a member of the Board of Governors for the Iowa Easter Seals and has served as Chairman of the Board for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. His favorite titles are husband, dad, and grandpa. Steve has enjoyed 36 incredible years of marriage to his wife Barb. Their three children are all married and have blessed Steve and Barb with eight awesome grandkids.
He has authored two books entitled Push-Ups For People and Together We Can plus co-authored a book entitled Give Stress A Rest. Building people is his passion. After he begins speaking, you will immediately realize this will not be just another presentation. It will be a life-changing event filled with fun and opportunities to grow.
